Hi everybody Just a reminder that it would be very useful that everyone installs a CB in their trucks as its very difficult to keep a group together on our trips out. ( CB can be bought on Ebay cheaply or new at most outlets like Maplins and motorway truck-stops make sure it UK 40 channel some have a logo 27/81 written enclosed by a ring) For those who are coming to France its a must as the site is very large and if something happens or you get stuck you can call someone otherwise its a long walk back to the camp-site (uphill lol). On the laning days please keep an eye on the other person behind you, if they seam to be lagging behind slow down and this will follow through to the front, they can always stop to give a chance to regroup this does and will always happen on busy junctions, it is very important on junctions make sure that the person behind knows and see that you have turned (L/R) otherwise the may carry on and split the group up. This teamwork will work for 3 trucks or 50 This isn't a moan it just common sense and make the day run smoother a hell lot better for you and everyone. Cheers everbody |
