Hi , the rear uj on the rear prop of my 410 is shot.
How easy are these to change and can anyone recomend where to buy replacement parts ?

hi most motor factors do them , if its a Spanish type best of luck they are a swine to change

Is it a difficult job do, how long 'should' it take. Is it worth paying someone to do or just a case of get on with it myself?

if you have never done one best leave well alone and get some one who has done them to show you , should take 15 to 20 mins to change it , if you have a vice ect give it a go but research before you start
