I've just upgraded to full Jap front diff and drive/half shafts (Thanks Leigh) but just been out the weekend and maybe went 100m or in 4L but drove around a bit with hub locked in and after hearing a bang I noticed the passengers side drive shaft has popped out a couple of centimetres. I'm sure the bolts were done up properly but maybe one came loose and hence popped the shaft out. Looking at the drivers side it may have also come out a little (a few mm) but looks like diff oil around the diff casing and surrounding area. Diff casing looks in tacked and all mounts ok. Pics: It's a 4u with a 2 inch bits for vits lift kit. I haven't fitted a diff drop bracket, could this be the problem? Any ideas why it popped out? Is this a normal problem? How do I fix it? Thanks for your help.
