Hi mate, The basic rule of thumb when selecting a winch is 1 1/2 times the gross weight. I found on Google an SJ413 weights 930kg so let’s say 1200kg with the big wheels/spares parts and other bits in the car. 1200kg in lbs is 2645 x 1.5 = 3967lbs For the sort of off-roading we do 4000lbs will be fine but anything from 4000lbs to 6000lbs will be ok for the Suzuki's This is a great document about Winching cdn.shptrn.com/media/mfg/4377/media_document/4398/WhatMostPeopleDontKnowAboutWinching.pdf?1289591024Hope this helps Si
