Hey guys, I’m Joe who helps Leigh organize the France Trips
I’ve had an idea. I don’t get them often so humor me here.
I’ve come up with a theme for Abdul’s Tin Top LJ (instead of the dull camo colours he uses)
THE GENERAL LEIGH
1) Bright Orange
2) Rebel Confederate Flag on the roof
3) Dixie Horn
4) Big Whippy CB Antenna on the roof.
5) Instead of the "01" on the doors maybe a "0.8" or "0.8l" for the original engine size in litres
6) Vector or Dodge Charger wheels like on the General Lee (I would personally supply him a set)
It’s a “The Zukes of Hazzard” remake (I have the art work & stickers & Leigh has photos of the stickers)
It would certainly be easy to spot in your convoys to France
So I’m getting a petition going.
All those in favor sign up below with a Yeeee Haaaaa !!!!
Hopefully with enough encouragement he’ll do it.
Of course I think its a great idea & a play on his name plus it would suit his personality.
