I have been working with and managing a indie /rock band recently and they are now through to the eliminator rounds of Live and Unsigned. This is being recorded by Sky TV this coming weekend  They are going into a professional studio this summer to properly record an album. Yours truly is managing them and working on the musical arrangement of the tracks and working on some composition with them. Just had final rehearsal before the regional finals on saturday. Provided we get through next step is the nationals which includes radio 1 airtime. I'll keep you all updated |

The lads put in a great effort but were not what the judges were looking for on this occasion. It's not a wash out though. A local radio dj was in the audience and likes them so much that he want to arrange a interview with the band on air, help raise funds for studio time to get their tracks properly recorded and see where it leads |

Thanks, I got the judges feed back "got a good arrogance about them. Good song too" I am pissed over the decision as the music was spot on it was the showmanship on stage that the judges didn't feel was there.
Not a fair decision as it was based on visual performance not the music but never mind there will be other days
