how do you tell the difference between santana parabolic springs and normal ones? anyone got pics of both?

Hi Tom, I think this is right lol Here's a parabolic spring, they only have 2 leafs and the leafs are even length Normal leaf springs have multiple leafs and there all different lenghts

your nearly right simon on the jap ones they are multi springs the parabolic ones are just a single leaf but are a fair bit thicker in the centre , the only sj that had them std was the sj410 santana NOT the 413 , the rear parabolic on a 410 santana had a secondary flat spring with rubber stoppers at each end , hope this helps

either of you have a pic of parobolics to hand to i know exactly what to look for?
