I was talking to an RAC man today who said that he recovered 6 landrovers with all 4 flat tyres from the TV mast up the cliff near hawkinge, apparently the locals have been getting upset with the green laners and have started burrying boards with nails sticking through, so if anyone is planning to lane near there keep an eye out.

i had the same problem years ago in shadoxhurst they welded spikes on Renault wheel hubs and put them in mud holes this is a very serious issue if you do come across this call the local rights of way and the police it is classed as criminal damage and a danger to public health , imagine what could happen if a horse stands on one the rider could be thrown on to them let alone the damage to the horse ,

What Leigh is saying if we go out and it happens to us we should inform the police, as we would be laning it would be best to ring them on 112 as it will give them a auto GPS from ur mobile where you are us a handy bit of info

That area sounds like capel! cos thats where the tv mast is! cos it was used by a couple of drug smugglers as a drop point from a by plane and its near hawkinge! theres a few lanes round there and alot of snobs that live round there and i have heard in the past that they dont like green laners but u dont pay too much attention to rumours!
