Thanks Tarandy..... I can by-pass the immob temporarily by putting a live to the Starter motor via the starter relay - I'm told. The spider behind the radio has no colour codes ....apparently they are all black.  Will have another look tomorrow. |

Red/brown wire on the starter relay I believe, but check first. Yeah your right they call it a spider couldn't remember the name (stupid name) . And the wires are all black , but I should have terminals diagram at work somewhere

Cheers for the help today tony specially as you had the lurgy. Back up and running again......I had two immobilisers  Now I only have one .........that works ;D |

Glad to hear ur up and running. Are u prepared if your other immobiliser goes wrong? It's simple to bypass and u should know in case ur on ur travels. On the landrover sites they get funny if u say these things on site,Personaly I think the thiefs know more than us about Having things away. I tell u if u want or you can email me and il tell ya

I tell u if u want or you can email me and il tell ya We did by-pass the LR immobiliser. That's how we found out it had a second (aftermarket) immobiliser fitted. Aftermarket one has been disconnected and the LR appears to be working fine on it's own. But yeh......I could by-pass the immobiliser if I had too. AND RAY....Just go and buy some 300tdi lights and indicators, cut a bigger hole where the lamps go, and the jobs a good un ....you tight c#nt!!! |

i went out with her old man and his mates yesterday laning all round ashford and that lanes were brilliant you lot have got to get off your butts and arrange a day while the snows still here

Seen the photo's on the Kent Off Road Club forum....looked like a good day.
I won't be organising f#ck all mate. When I have jacked up laning / quiz nights / xmas do's in the past, no c#nt turns up....soon as there is a bit of snow every man and his dog want's to come out and play. More people need to stand up and be counted ie organise stuff (all year). There was a post on here a few weeks ago organising a treasure hunt which took me a couple of days to recce/arrange.....and we could not get enough people.
......Mac jumps off soap box and apologises to those few who do make the effort.
