just wondering if ppl here have had problems with police with wheels & tyers sticking out of arch. im wondering if i can get away with leaving my arches alone instead of having to extend them. on the mot its just a advisory.

hi, like you say its a mot advisory but the law is they must be covered it is stupid i no most police take no notice but if you get a proper jobs worth he could give you a fine and a correction notice so many days to put it right and take it to a garage to get correction notice signed , most just cover the top half , its crazy when you think a glazing van has that rack on side that the bottom would chop your legs off and thats legal ? hope this helps ,
